The Players page and contact limits
The Players page (in the studio's left-hand menu, from the Pro plan) is your audience database: it gathers players from across all your duelgo chats. A contact = a unique registered player with an email; anonymous players are visible too, but without contact details.
What you'll find on the page
- Your contact count and your plan's limit — when you exceed it, the page warns you and new contacts stop being saved until you upgrade
- Filters: All / Registered / Anonymous, by a specific duelgo and by league
- Search by nickname or email
- Columns: nickname, email, player type, number of duelgo chats played, last activity and the last duelgo played
- A bulk email button for the currently filtered contacts
How to collect contacts
Contacts build up when players play registered. The most effective route is adding the Registration prompt and contest consent item to your duelgo — the player leaves an email in exchange for entering the contest, and you get a contact with consent (see Contact collection and contest consent).
Contact limits by plan: Pro 2,000, Business 4,000, Enterprise unlimited. Free and Starter can't collect contacts.
