What duelgo can do with AI (MCP connector)
duelgo studio has an official MCP connector (Model Context Protocol — an open standard that lets AI tools talk to applications). Connect it once and then simply chat with your AI assistant: “Create a prediction game for Saturday's match with eight questions and a prediction slip” — and the duelgo appears, complete with everything.
The connector address is https://www.duelgo.fun/mcp. It works in any tool that supports remote MCP servers with OAuth sign-in — guides for the most popular ones are in this category: Claude, Claude Code, ChatGPT and other tools.
What AI can do through the connector
- List and read your duelgo chats, including content, answer options and settings
- Create a new duelgo or clone an existing one (e.g. a new round of a prediction game)
- Add and edit questions, answer options, moderator reactions and special items
- Apply design templates, upload images, generate a share image
- Set up rewards (vouchers) and contest terms templates
- Read statistics, question analytics and the player log, and summarise the results
- Evaluate a prediction game (enter the correct answers) and close the duelgo
- Publishing settings — sharing, deadlines
What it's good for in practice
Fast creation: “Create a quiz about our company from these notes” — you paste in the text and AI builds the questions, reactions and scoring.
Recurring work: “Clone last round, swap the questions for the match against Tábor and set the deadline to Saturday 17:55.”
Results: “How did yesterday's duelgo go? Who won and which question was the hardest?”
AI sees the same things you see in the studio, so you can ask about the details too: “How many people didn't finish?”, “List the players without an email address”.
Security and access
The connector signs in with the OAuth protocol — you never give your password to your AI tool. On first use, your browser takes you to the duelgo sign-in (Google or an email code) and you confirm access on a consent screen.
AI then acts under your account and has the same permissions you have in the studio — it sees and edits only your duelgo chats. You can revoke access at any time by disconnecting or deleting the connector in the AI tool.
Watch out for shared accounts: the connector is tied to the account in the AI tool. If several people share one Claude/ChatGPT account, they all act under the same duelgo account. For teams, use separate accounts.
