What's in which plan
duelgo has five plans: Free, Starter, Pro, Business and Enterprise. Here's a detailed comparison of limits and features; current prices are in the pricing overview on the website and on the Subscription page in the studio, which is also where you change your plan.
Free — for trying things out
- Up to 100 players a month, max 30 players per duelgo
- An unlimited number of duelgo chats, plus all question types, reactions, branching and time limits
- Prediction games, including evaluation, leaderboards and prediction slips
- 4 ready-made design templates (duelgo Light, duelgo Dark, White, Black)
- Short link and QR code; the social preview is generated automatically
- Statistics and prediction stats
Starter — for smaller events
- Up to 300 players a month, max 100 players per duelgo
- 100 AI credits a month (e.g. for the AI report)
- A custom image for the social preview
- Design still via the 4 ready-made templates (custom colours from Pro up)
Pro — for regular audience work
- Up to 5,000 players a month, max 500 players per duelgo
- Custom design templates with no limit on their number — all colours, logo, background images
- Leagues and teams
- Contact collection: the Registration prompt and contest consent item, with a 2,000-contact limit
- The Players page and the player log
- Emails to players: notifications and bulk emails, up to 4,000 emails a month
- Results export to CSV and XLSX
- 1,000 AI credits a month
- Email support
Business — for clubs and companies
- Up to 15,000 players a month, max 2,000 players per duelgo
- Everything in the Pro plan
- Vouchers and discount codes with verification
- A custom duelgo header (an image across the whole header)
- A limit of 4,000 contacts and 8,000 emails a month
- 2,000 AI credits a month
- Phone + email support
Enterprise — for the biggest deployments
- Up to 50,000 players a month, with no per-duelgo player limit
- Everything in the Business plan
- Unlimited contacts, emails and AI credits
- Premium support
How the limits behave in practice
Players a month are counted across all your duelgo chats within a calendar month. Players per duelgo is the ceiling for a single duelgo — for a big event on the Free/Starter plan, this is the first limit you'll hit.
You can spot locked features in the editor by the padlock icon — click it to see which plan unlocks them, and you can head straight to the Subscription page.
Custom CSS isn't part of any plan — it's enabled individually on request, so contact support.
Need a different balance of limits (lots of contacts, few players…)? On the Business and Enterprise plans the setup can be adjusted individually — drop us a line.
