How to change the logo in the duelgo header
The logo is part of the duelgo's design. The four free base templates carry the default duelgo logo and can't be edited — your own logo requires a custom design template, available from the Pro plan.
- Open the “Design” step
In the duelgo editor, go to the Design step in the top bar.
- Create a custom template
If you don't have one yet, click Create your own in the gallery (it can start from the current design). Or click the header directly in the phone preview — the editor will offer to save the current look as a custom template.
- Open the template for editing
Next to the selected custom template, click Edit template.
- Expand the “Header” section
In the list of design sections, expand Header.
- Upload the logo
Next to Logo, click Upload and pick an image — ideally a PNG with a transparent background, up to 200 kB. Check the contrast against the header colour (a white logo disappears on a light header).
- Choose the logo shape
After uploading, pick the Logo shape: Standard (a roughly square logo), Wide (an elongated logo with text), or Circle (a round emblem). You see the result in the phone preview straight away — try out what suits your logo best.
Things to watch out for
A template can be shared by several duelgo chats — changing the logo or colours carries over to every duelgo that uses the template. If you want a different logo for just one duelgo, create a separate template for it.
When you apply a different template to a duelgo, the template's complete look takes over. If the new template has no logo, the current logo disappears.
The separate Custom header feature (an image across the whole header instead of a logo and colour — for example with partners and the event artwork) is available from the Business plan — you'll find it in the same Header section, including the display option (fill / fit).
